''Gazans spent hundreds of millions of dollars over the past week, cleaning out the stores in Egyptian Rafah and the nearby town of El-Arish.

They scooped up just about anything they could get their hands on — diesel fuel, cement, cigarettes, washing powder, electrical appliances, car batteries, medicines and even exotic birds for pets.

''"After blinking for a second, I could no longer see my pile of wood," he said. The Palestinians "destroyed our town and now they are stealing from us. Is this the way to return a favor

''Nooreldin el-Goneus, 25, said some Palestinians offered to buy the sheep he was selling to get cash for his upcoming wedding. But he declined because their offer wasn't good enough. Half an hour later, his flock was gone from outside his home and he says his brother saw some Palestinians load his sheep onto their truck.

No wonder why the Egyptians now want to keep them''penned in'' in Gaza. [I wonder if Egypt has any plans to rebuild their ''Apartheid Wall''?]

If they can not get along with each other how can anyone expect Israel to get along with them?

Ryan.

Always has been. Remembering the mass shelling of the refugee camps a few months ago?
If Israel ever did that...

Imaie the worldwide outrage if Israel sent suicide bombers into a disco...or a bus...or a school...

Stealing sheep? Don't they cut off hands somewhere for doing that? Seriously, Hamas has invaded Egypt, right under Mubarak's nose.

I belief it is the punishment under Sharia law. The Taliban did it- and the Saudis still do. I'm not sure about Iran.

krishna, yes, the mullah regime does it, too.

In Yemen, they made the victim pick up his severed hand. Notice the reference to Pakistan's General Zia.

This is a sadistic practice.

There are a Lot of these practices that seem to me to be excessively sadistic. Also--suicide bombers. They pack their bombs with nails and nuts ad bolts-- and rat poison--these lodge in the internal organs of the victims who survive.

    Terrorism is sadistic.

Extremely. And the irony is-- it is self-defeating. It only hardens the attitudes of those it is aimed at. If the Palis had stopped their terrorism-- the Israelis would never have built the separation barrier on the border with the West Bank.

At one point they let people from Gaza commute to work in Israel daily-- good income for the Gazans...good source of workers for Israel-- a ''win-win'' situation. But..eventually they had to stop it ad close the border crossing..due to terrorist infiltration.
